(Description) A Level 1, randomized, controlled trial that demonstrates clinically significant outcomes when treating chronic plantar fasciitis with the EMS Swiss DolorClast® method when patients present symptoms of proximal plantar fasciitis of at least 6 months duration and had failed conservative therapy.
